Over the course of several months, we’ll work on building strength and endurance so that you are well-prepared to handle multiple back-to-back days of running while carrying a pack full of gear and food.
We’ll work together to get your fueling and hydration strategy dialed in so that you have a personalized plan based on your specific fueling needs. We’ll discuss racing and effort management. Equipment. How to start the day. And a million other things. We’ll cover it all.
